A no recipes ketogenic diet

An appropriate ketogenic diet can be of assistances in treatments of mental illnesses and/or neurological illnesses. An appropriate ketogenic diets does not contain dietary antioxidants excepting around RDA amounts of vitamin C and vitamin E and contains a range of fatty acids.

A One-A-Day pill is supplemented daily. A One-A-Day pill in broken in half where a half of a pill is supplemented in mornings where dinners are eaten and a half a pill is supplemented in evenings where dinners are eaten. 27 mg of iron from iron bisglycinate marketed by Bluebonnet is supplemented twice a day in mornings and evenings where

dinners are eaten.


Do not purchase multivitamins where there are extra portions of vitamins and/or minerals for seniors. A multivitamin should not ever have more than around RDA amounts of selenium. Do not purchase multivitamins that contain plant extracts, citric acid, natural flavors and/or artificial flavors.

 

Around a gram of salt is eaten three times a day where dinners are eaten. A ketogenic diet without added salt is very low in sodium. Tests of sodium levels have to be obtained.

 

Salt that contains calcium silicate  should not ever be eaten. See post on calcium in supplements.

 

 Finding salt that is iodized that does not contain calcium silicate or prussiate of soda presents difficulties. Prussiate of soda  which is another anticaking agent for salt is sodium ferrocyanide. Salt with anti-caking agents is not eaten.  


Processed meats are avoided. Processed meats contain spices and/or natural flavors.

 

Tap water in the United States is now the only safe drink. Coffee, tea and/or caffeinated beverages can not be drunk however caffeine pills can be taken. 100 mg. caffeine pills marketed by Bulksupplements can be taken


Where caffeine pills are taken acetylcholine levels and dopamine levels have to be increased and a treatment for seasonal affective disorder has to be adhered to. See this post. Also see this post.


Dietary antioxidants excepting around RDA amounts of vitamin C and vitamin E have to be avoided. Spices have to be avoided and foods with natural flavors have be avoided.

 

Ketogenic diets that are of assistances are not all that tasty however a no recipes ketogenic diet does not have to be borne and just scarfed down. Individuals do not get all that hungry on a no recipes ketogenic diet and dinners are liked. Recipes in regards to ketogenic diets are as a rule of thumb not helpful

 

Olive oil is of less than zip assistances particularly extra virgin olive oil due to high levels of antioxidants and low levels of essential fatty acids.
