What did females want in the last 50 years?

Did females want to basically push feminist agendas? Did females basically want to undermine males? No.

Females wanted jobs outside residences. Prior to 1870 in the United States females were basically working alongside males on farms. The jobs of females were different than jobs of males but females were alongside males.

Moms like to stay at home with children until children are in school which is frequently not feasible now. Having moms married  to dads  is of huge assistances in various ways.

 Five or six years out of the job market raising two children is appropriately no barrier to entry levels jobs that fit with educations of such moms. Moms having part time jobs could work for moms while moms are for the most part staying home raising children.

Females do not particularly want to break glass ceilings. Females want a well run World which demands that females be selective about males such females are around and provide assistances in regards to situations and/or the World of such males. Females most definitely do not want to be sexually harassed on jobs at workplaces.
