Between 1882 and 1930 mob violence resulted in more than 3,000 lynchings in the South with more than 450 lynchings in Georgia. John Stith Pemberton a pharmacist invented Coca-Cola in Atlanta, Georgia in 1888. Sodas became widely popular subsequent to 1888.
Sodas contain natural flavors that are highly bioavailable in gastrointestinal tracts. Natural flavors are plant polyphenols. Plant polyphenols are antioxidants.
Dietary antioxidants undermine global overviews. Drinking sodas undermined global overviews in the South. All too frequently upon global overviews being undermined in the South individuals acted senselessly with lynchings resulting.
The South has not escaped sodas. The South is still drinking lots of sodas.
