Dating tips for individuals who are dating


What junk and/or processed foods dates eats are keys to how such dates are going to be as individuals. Individuals who eat lots of junk foods and/or processed foods are going to have lots of difficulties and not only in regards to controlling weights. Eating an exclusively plant based diet is another red flag in regards to dates.


Drinking sodas, drinking seltzers, drinking hard seltzers, drinking drinks with added natural flavors and/or drinking beers are deal breakers. Drinking coffee and/or tea are also deal breakers.


Eating lots of chocolates is huge red flag. Chocolate contain lots of antioxidants. Drinking chocolate milk either warm or cold is huge red flag.


Drinking herbal teas is a deal breaker. Except for babies in the United States only tap water is safe to drink. Babies have to drink milk.


Where dates like to eat at foreign restaurants is another red flag. Foreign restaurants frequently have very tasty antioxidant laden dishes. Steak houses could be OK but steak sauces have to be avoided.
